Dr Dylan Chow graduated from Murdoch University Perth WA with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Bachelor of Chiropractic degree. Dylan has a strong foundation of knowledge with various health care providers in his family including Physiotherapists, GP’s, Clinical Psychologists and a Chiropractor.

Dylan has a special interest and passion for functional exercise and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, he pays particular emphasis on good technique and form. He has been involved in AFL, CrossFit, karate and dance for over the last fifteen years. He has also a lot of experience in coaching and rehabilitation. Dr Chow uses a best-evidenced approach and utilises treatment modalities such as spinal and extremity adjustments, mobilisations, dry needling and other soft tissue techniques.

Alexia is a fully qualified Naturopath, Remedial Massage Therapist and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner.

She has a strong interest in stress, sleep, gut health and chronic pain, and is especially interested in the impact that postural and movement patterns can have in exacerbating these conditions.

Alexia loves to empower people to move better, reduce their pain and create more awareness in their body.

Alexia has also completed her certification in self myofascial release techniques that complements the work in clinic by teaching her clients how to utilise myofascial release at home.

With over 30 years of experience behind her, Sarah is passionate about facilitating changes in people in a holistic way, with a special interest in chronic or complex pain cases. She is especially interested in Cognitive Functional Techniques and has undergone extensive training in this area, with a focus on lower back pain.

Sarah has experience working with AFL, Rugby League and Rugby Union athletes and clubs, running clinical pilates classes, and working with CrossFit athletes.

Charissa is a qualified remedial massage therapist, personal trainer, and trainer and assessor for the diploma of remedial massage.

Charissa’s passion centres around injury rehabilitation, movement efficiency, and sporting performance. Her goal is to enable her clients to understand their bodies so they can maintain healthy function and gain freedom within pain free movement to get the most out of life.

Charissa has a strong belief for providing evidence-based treatments to support the rehabilitation of injury and pain. She is always keeping up to date with the latest research and treatment modalities so she can ensure the best outcomes for her clients. Dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, sports taping, assisted stretching, and exercise prescription and some of the great additional services she can offer within a treatment.
